COVID-19 MESSAGE FROM CENTRAL ANIMAL RECORDS
We would like to express how important your well-being is to us at this difficult time. We hope you are staying safe and well, and we wish the same for your animal companions and those you care about.
As we all continue to work together to overcome the challenges COVID-19 brings, we remain determined to provide “business as usual” for all of our pet owners, vets, councils and animal welfare organisations. As most of you know, we have an extensive list of services that can be accessed and performed on-line through the website using your authorised log-in and this service will remain available in the weeks ahead.
However, if you need to call us, all of our customer service staff are now working from home and providing almost the same service as you would normally expect from us. This new system is close to what we use in the office but from time to time, it is throwing up a few quirky issues that may lead to a short delay before answering (although those have been rare), a call may drop back into the queue or, again very rarely, a call may drop out totally – even mid-call. These issues are thankfully few and far between but please bear with us as we try to provide as near to normal an experience for you, our clients and customers, as we can.
One thing that we have changed is that, with the current recommendations relating to COVID-19 and our commitment to protect the health of our staff and our customers, until further notice we will not be accepting walk in enquiries. If you need to submit a form for processing, please do so via email using [email protected] or fax 03 9706 3198. These details will also be located on your form.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and co-operation.
